The only problem that I had is that they used texting to communicate, so the driver was texting while driving us. Not too safe.

Journey OK but bus a bit uncared for. Greeter was not very friendly and did not explain clearly about bus.

I could not understand the driver and he couldn't understand me. When I told him the Sir Frances Drake he didn't understand and wanted the street address, which I didn't have. Another traveler thought I meant the Frances Drake and said she was staying there. We all agreed and got dopped off. Discovered we were wrong at the front desk. Ended up walking 2 blocks dragging our luggage to the Sir Francis Drake. Not happy, but realized I was part of the problem. Wouldn't have happened if I could have conversed with the driver with understanding or he was familiar with the hotels. He also texted while driving until one of the passengers threatened to report him.

Arrived at SFO airport an hour late. By the time we located the bus pick-up, by asking locally, the chief organiser who stood by the bus stop seemed unwilling to speed along our transfer. As there was one person already waiting, we took our turn. This could have gone on into the evening if it wasn't for our persistence in asking for "what exactly was the delay". The transfer vehicle was dirty and the seat belts failed to engage. We could have caught a taxi and got to the hotel quicker. We will do this in the future - it will be cheaper.
