We all enjoyed it and thought it was entertaining and informative. We were disappointed we didn't see the Versace mansion. The young man at the counter should have been friendly.

We had a wonderful tour guide. We enjoyed the tour even though the weather was rather cool for Florida.

The narrator talked too much and made us all quack too much. A little less quacking would be nice. We could hardly fit a word in edgewise to ask questions. He didn't have a clue about the TV series "Burn Notice" even though it is greatly popular and filmed solely in Miami. The captain knew about it and said there had been a movie shoot a few days previously. The narrator did take photos of us with our cameras, and that was great. One other problem was that we booked online through Viator. When we booked and also when we confirmed, they said we were leaving at 11 am, but the tour actually left at 1030 am. We were lucky we got there early. Another couple totally missed the tour because of the misrepresented time.

The tour was very good. I found the person behind the counter a bit abrupt. Maybe it's a Miami thing, because she was not the only one we encountered with that attitude.

I would not recommend it to others.
