Brilliant way to see Berlin

Great way to see everything if you only have one day.

It is a great deal to combine both, but it is best to do them in two separate days. One day for Berlin city tour and do Hamburg round-trip on the next day. Instructions for where to go for the Hamburg bus is also quite unclear. We got lost finding it the first time as it is in the other side of town where you need to take a few subway stops to get there

The quality of the bus was incredibly poor so that whenever the bus stopped the back would shake wildly which was very irritating. The headphones were messed up and of bad quality so that they could not be used properly. I would like to comment on one of the bus drivers who was in all fairness the rudest I've ever met. He screamed at us for wanting to get on the bus when it was on a break and he refused to give us directions of how to get to the next Hop-On Spot. He shouted at us and was quite violent about it as well. I strongly recommend that you identify bus drivers who act in this manner and fire them unless you want further reviews like these to appear on your site and the web.
